Job Summary
Recruiter / Talent Sourcer role in Markham, ON (hybrid). Responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates; building talent pipelines; conducting initial phone screens; collaborating with hiring managers; posting jobs and managing applicants in ATS; and contributing to employer branding and recruitment process improvements. Requires sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search; campus recruitment and events; strong candidate communication; and data-driven insights to optimize results. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years recruiting/sourcing experience, with a preference for technical/manufacturing/engineering recruitment. Base salary $90,000-$100,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role.
- Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume, and complex organizational settings.
- Experience in technical, manufacturing, or engineering recruitment is a plus.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
