Job Summary
Source and attract top-tier talent for manufacturing roles ranging from shop floor to management. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment expertise. Utilize ATS, job boards, and social media to identify qualified candidates. Negotiate competitive compensation packages and extend offers. Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies. This role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level production to skilled trades and management
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to speak Spanish or other relevant languages for a diverse workforce
