Job Summary
Agency Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for client needs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate placement, offer management, onboarding, and relationship management. Responsibilities include building client relationships, developing sourcing strategies, conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews, administering assessments, presenting shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles, negotiating salary/packages, coordinating interviews, and providing ongoing guidance to clients and placed candidates. Requires strong communication, negotiation, and ATS proficiency, with a focus on talent identification, market awareness, and professional confidentiality. Emphasis on collaboration, coaching, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions within an agency setting. Hybrid work arrangement with remote summers.
