Job Summary
Agency Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for clients, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing (phone, video, and in-person), administering assessments, presenting shortlists with detailed profiles, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and overseeing onboarding. Requires proactive sourcing strategies, strong client and candidate relationship management, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with hybrid work arrangements and summer remote periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
