Job Summary
Agency Recruiter responsible for the full recruitment cycle: building and maintaining client relationships to understand staffing needs; sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; screening, interviewing (phone, video, in-person), and administering skills assessments; presenting shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles; coordinating interviews and feedback; negotiating salary and benefits; managing offers and onboarding; and ongoing relationship management post-placement. Requires strong communication, sourcing ingenuity, ATS proficiency, and a professional, confidential approach to recruitment within a collaborative, supportive environment. Hybrid work arrangement is described (in-office plus remote summers).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
