Job Summary
Recruiter role responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across AFL’s US footprint, including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and referring applicants for professional opportunities. Write engaging job postings, partner with hiring managers to source and prescreen candidates, source qualified passive candidates via social media and job boards, review resumes for qualifications, manage progress through UKG ATS, build talent pipelines with colleges/universities, oversee external staffing and headhunter relationships, coordinate interviews and job offers, support job fairs and recruitment marketing, and stay current on recruiting practices and employment law. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; Associate’s degree and commensurate experience required.
- 7+ years of experience in Recruiting preferred.
