Job Summary
Sourcing candidates through digital tools and local networks, conducting behavioral interviews, and managing the full recruitment pipeline for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire orders. Qualify applicants against standard requirements, coach candidates on resume preparation and interview skills, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention and new business development while ensuring excellent service delivery. Monitor financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates, and address client requests and escalations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
