Job Summary
Source candidates, manage digital tools, and coordinate logistics to fill temporary, direct hire, and permanent roles for standard to complex clients. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and track data within Applicant Tracking Systems. Build relationships with local resources and clients, while managing retention strategies and responding to inquiries. Price and sell placement services, monitor branch financials including gross margins and compliance, and interpret employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
