Job Summary
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements while managing digital tools and applicant tracking systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive new business, ensure retention, and deliver exceptional service. Qualify applicants against standard requirements, conduct behavioral interviews, and provide coaching on resume preparation and job performance. Manage financial variables affecting gross margin, including workers comp and pay rates, while participating in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
