Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire orders while managing the PDS website and digital tools to track selection processes. Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against standard requirements, and assist with resume preparation and interview coaching. Build local recruiting relationships, coordinate event logistics, and maintain client and candidate retention through excellent service and training plans. Price and sell staffing services, monitor branch financials including gross margin and workers comp, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems. Requires one year of recruiting experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
