Job Summary
Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire placements across standard to moderately complex clients. Manage digital tools and the PDS website to monitor selection processes, register candidate statuses, and coordinate logistics for local recruiting events. Conduct behavioral interviews, qualify candidates against standard requirements, and assist with resume preparation and interview coaching. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure retention and deliver exceptional service. Track assignment and candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems while addressing client requests and escalating inquiries as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
