Job Summary
Manage candidate pipelines and execute recruitment plans to fill temporary, direct hire, and T2H orders for aerospace skilled trades clients. Source, qualify, and conduct behavioral interviews while coaching candidates on resume preparation and interview skills. Maintain relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention, manage local recruiting events, and address inquiries or escalations. Track assignment data in Applicant Tracking Systems and monitor financial variables including gross margin, pay rates, and compliance. Develop training plans to improve candidate employability with corporate clients.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
