Job Summary
Source candidates and manage digital tools to monitor selection processes for temporary, direct hire, and temp-to-hire orders across standard to complex clients. Conduct behavioral interviews, coach candidates on resume preparation, and track data within Applicant Tracking Systems. Build local resource relationships, coordinate recruiting events, and develop retention plans for both candidates and clients. Price and sell placement services while managing branch financial variables such as gross margin, workers comp, and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
