Job Summary
Manage candidate pipelines by sourcing, qualifying, and conducting behavioral interviews for temporary, direct hire, and T2H orders across standard to complex client needs. Coordinate logistics for local recruiting events, maintain digital tools and ATS data, and provide resume coaching and interview preparation. Build and sustain relationships with clients and candidates to drive retention, new business development, and sales conversions while ensuring exceptional service. Monitor branch financials including gross margin, workers comp, and regulatory compliance. Requires one year of recruiting experience, ATS proficiency, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
