Job Summary
Sourcing candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles while managing digital tools to track selection processes and register candidate statuses. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify applicants against standard requirements, assist with resume preparation, and enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure retention, coordinate recruiting events, and develop training plans to improve employability. Price and sell staffing services, monitor financial variables affecting gross margin, and address client requests while providing coaching on job performance.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
