Job Summary
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire orders while building a comprehensive pipeline to meet client needs. Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates, assist with resume preparation, and manage digital tools to track selection processes and candidate status. Develop local recruiting plans, coordinate event logistics, and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure retention and excellent service. Price and sell staffing services, monitor branch financials including gross margin and regulatory costs, and provide coaching on job performance and training plans.
Required Qualifications
- One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry
- ATS Experience
- Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
- Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations
- Knowledge of and the ability to utilize basic technology and online tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
