Manage the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, screening, matching, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of client positions. Build strong relationships with candidates and clients by providing interview coaching, maintaining communication throughout the hiring process, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. Develop recruiting pipelines by leveraging applicant tracking systems, job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, community partnerships, and employee referrals to attract top talent. This role offers a competitive starting wage of $55,326.50 plus commission, four weeks of paid time off, and comprehensive benefits including health, vision, and a 401(k) match.
