Job Summary
Execute full-cycle and executive recruiting for a diverse portfolio spanning engineering, manufacturing, operations, finance, and corporate leadership. Partner with senior executives and hiring managers to develop tailored strategies, define profiles, and manage the end-to-end process from intake through offer acceptance. Architect sophisticated passive candidate sourcing strategies using professional networking platforms, market mapping, and employee referrals while conducting rigorous screens to deliver vetted recommendations. Drive operational efficiency by improving recruiting processes, interview consistency, and employer branding, and support university recruiting, internship programs, and targeted hiring events. Based in Austin, TX, you will work on-site with a rapidly growing team pioneering advanced microreactors to help shape the company's future while building a scaling recruiting organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven track record handling both high-volume technical pipelines and executive-level hires
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of complex requisitions
- Expert-level sourcing skills
- Demonstrated ability to uncover hard-to-find, passive talent
- Ability to map competitive talent markets
- Prior experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, energy, automotive, or other highly technical and fast-moving environments
- Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Track record of influencing senior leadership through data, talent analytics, and market insights
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and highly comfortable working in a scaling startup environment
- Based in the United States
- Willing to work on-site in Austin, TX
- U.S. Citizens or U.S. Persons in compliance with 10 CFR Part 810
- No non-compliant foreign citizenships
