Job Summary
The Recruiter will support multiple locations and business units by efficiently managing the end-to-end recruiting process, including resume screening, candidate interviews (phone or in-person), assessments, reference/background checks, extending offers for exempt and nonexempt positions, and managing candidate activity in the ATS. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, sourcing candidates through traditional and nontraditional channels (career fairs, online job fairs, community events), creating advertising programs for high visibility, delivering timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and guiding candidates through offers and onboarding. Requires at least two years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proficiency with candidate sourcing tools, the ability to work with all organizational levels, strong multi-tasking and deadline management, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Travel to nearby facilities once a week is anticipated.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- At least two years of prior recruiting experience
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
