Job Summary
The Recruiter will drive efficient and successful recruitment for multiple locations and business units, partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates (phone or in person), administering assessments and reference/background checks, delivering offers for exempt and nonexempt roles, and developing advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates. The role requires sourcing experience, ATS usage, candidate management, and strong communication across all organizational levels to support enterprise hiring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- At least two years of prior recruiting experience
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision
