Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for efficient and successful recruiting for multiple locations and business units in support of the company’s operational hiring needs. Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs; screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire, and delivers employment offers for exempt and nonexempt positions within an assigned territory. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community events) to identify and source quality candidates; develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility; follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback; manages current candidate activity in the ATS. Requires five years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus extensive experience with candidate sourcing tools, the ability to work with all levels of the organization, and strong multitasking and deadline-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of prior recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
