Job Summary
Recruiter responsible for efficient and successful recruiting for multiple locations and business units in support of the company’s operational hiring needs. Screens resumes and interviews candidates (phone or in person), administers assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire and delivers offers for both exempt and nonexempt openings within an assigned territory. Acts as an expert for recruiting candidates within the assigned territory and business category, using traditional and nontraditional sourcing methods (career fairs, online job fairs, community events) to identify and attract quality candidates. Develops advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates; follows up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback; manages candidate activity in the ATS. Requires at least two years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; team-oriented and upbeat. Prolonged sitting at a desk and computer use; ability to lift up to 15 pounds. Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- At least two years of recruiting experience
- Extensive experience in using candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload, meeting established deadlines with minimal supervision
