Job Summary
Conduct intake calls with hiring managers to create requisitions and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offers. Post job openings, source candidates for hard-to-fill positions, and schedule HR screens, technical interviews, and panel interviews. Maintain a highly organized hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting onboarding tasks for new hire readiness. Partner with business leaders to understand direct hiring needs and team dynamics, ensuring compliance with state hiring laws throughout the US. Travel up to 20% to various locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting with sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience using an applicant tracking system
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Understanding of state compliance requirements for hiring throughout the US
- Ability to conduct debriefs and manage the offer process
- Strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple requisitions, candidates, and scheduling requirements simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 20%)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience with BambooHR
- Experience in agriculture, water treatment, or science-based recruitment
- Experience conducting new hire orientations or a willingness to learn
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Recruiter Lite, HireEZ, Seek Out, or related tools
