Job Summary
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding and 30 days post-hire, partnering with hiring managers to develop position-specific plans and write compelling job advertisements. Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews using developed guides, while training managers on effective recruiting practices and interviewing techniques. Facilitate a team-based hiring process, ensure candidates experience a professional and authentic recruiting journey, and complete new hire documentation and HRIS entry. Lead new team members through the onboarding experience to support their successful integration during their first month.
