Job Summary
Recreational Therapy Assistant to support residents through activity-based interventions, coordinate programs, record participation, transport residents, provide emotional and social support, escort residents to events and off-site outings, and conduct surveys/interviews to determine residents’ interests and satisfaction, promoting independence in a 120-bed nursing and rehabilitation center.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- YOU MUST LIKE PEOPLE (and cats)

- Employment contingent on successful completion of pre-placement physical and criminal background
- Covid-19 Vaccine is required
- Shift 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, & every other weekend work may be required
