Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in meeting their daily living needs while designing and implementing recreational activities to promote inclusion and independence. Reinforce social and life skills through community-based programming and participate in mandatory meetings and training. Drive Reena's van for transportation purposes when applicable. This seasonal role runs from October 18th to December 13th, 2026, with evening and weekend shifts. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid G license is preferred. Reena actively recruits college and university students for this annual fall outreach program.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years and older
- Background related to child care, education, social work, psychology, social services, child and youth worker
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Flexible and adaptive to change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with children and youth

Desired Qualifications
