Job Summary
Develop and implement recreational therapy programs to improve residents' quality of life at a 200-bed skilled nursing facility. Lead activities, coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care, evaluate program effectiveness, and address aging-related needs. Requires strong communication and organizational skills to engage residents, families, and staff; familiarity with recreational therapy and caregiving best practices. Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy, Leisure Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required. Located in Brooklyn, NY (onsite).
