Assess patients using observations, medical records, and standardized tools to develop and implement therapeutic interventions consistent with their needs. Plan, direct, and coordinate recreation-based treatment programs utilizing arts, music, sports, and community outings. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, psychologists, and therapists while documenting care per established policies. Evaluate patient responses to modify treatment plans appropriately and help clients integrate into the community through recreational activities.
