Job Summary
Oversee the recreation program to inspire, motivate, and engage a diverse student population while promoting healthy lifestyles, leadership development, teamwork, and community involvement. Create a safe, inclusive, and fun campus culture through innovative programming, staff leadership, and student engagement initiatives. Serve as Acting Center Shift Manager/Manager on Duty as assigned. This role requires a valid in-State Driver's License and meets Company insurability requirements. Hours include Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday from 3 p.m. to 12 a.m., with Sunday and Monday off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-State Driver's License
- Meet Company insurability requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education
- Substantial experience working with youth
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school
