Job Summary
Check in owners and guests, schedule reservations for tennis courts and swim lessons, rent equipment, and process payments. Answer guest questions about amenities and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests and owners at Black Butte Ranch, supporting daily operations within a collaborative team dedicated to creating memorable experiences at this destination resort in Central Oregon.
