Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise recreation/non-vocational activities for assigned students; lead sports and group trips, ensuring safety and maintenance of equipment and facilities; provide training on equipment use; support student well-being and communication with staff; facilitate rides and outings (CDL required) and participate in related programs (Center HEALS, CPP) while maintaining high levels of customer service and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: Associates degree or one-year related experience working with youth
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- Lifeguard Certification required
- CDL bus driver’s license
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid State driver’s license
- Ability to obtain CDL within 6 months of DOH
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
