Job Summary
Plan and coordinate recreational, social, educational, and wellness activities for older adults, including virtual services for homebound residents. Maintain accurate activity schedules, sign-in sheets, and records in the STARS system while ensuring senior safety and compliance with Department for the Aging and health guidelines. Conduct outreach at the center, manage volunteer supervision, and refer participants to social service linkages. Keep activity flyers updated across bulletin boards and social media platforms. Directly supervise volunteers and consultants in activity services.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid, CPR, AED training
- valid Driver's License with a clean Abstract
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervise all volunteers and/or consultants in the activity services
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
