Recreation Services Pool Supervisor – Mandalay Bay

Recreation Services Pool Supervisor at Mandalay Bay leads daily pool operations, ensures safety and guest experience, coaches and develops the pool team, handles incidents with security, and drives service excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising staff, hiring and coaching, discipline and accountability, maintaining safety standards and compliance with company, state/local, and Health District policies, coordinating with supporting departments, managing inventory and loss prevention, responding to guest and employee concerns, implementing training and policy communications, and pursuing continuous improvement to maximize service quality and revenue opportunities. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years supervisory experience in pool operations; candidate must be 21+. Starting rate: $20.00 hourly.
