Recreation Program Supervisor

Recreation Program Supervisor responsible for overseeing multiple recreation program areas and coordinating daily operations of program staff within the Recreation Department. Directly supervise coordinators for preschool, enrichment, fitness, child care, and membership services, and oversee front desk staff hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and supervision. Plan, implement, and evaluate recreation programs and services; support staff development through coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and training opportunities. Ensure high-quality customer service, safety, efficiency, and positive participant experiences; assist with recruitment, scheduling, budget monitoring, inventory management, marketing, and department communications. Collaborate with coordinators to address program needs and operational challenges and attend meetings and community events as assigned.
