Job Summary
Develop and deliver recreation activities and promotional materials; recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities; supervise management of staff; promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere; provide information on facilities and activities; ensure safety and respond to emergencies per local procedures; assist injured guests until EMS arrives; train and coach employees; report incidents; ensure quality standards; operate POS systems and process payments; maintain equipment and supplies; and maintain professional communication and guest relations.
Required Qualifications
