Recreation Manager - Alice Springs

Manage the operational and financial performance of YNT Recreation Facilities, including preparing annual budgets, reviewing payroll reports, and identifying cost-saving actions. Lead staff management, implement information systems, and drive a culture of supervision and motivation across all staffing levels. Develop long-term facility goals, present annual business plans aligned with group strategies, and liaise with management on government funding compliance. Ensure effective risk management practices mitigate hazards for workers, clients, and visitors while maintaining strict adherence to safeguarding policies and incident reporting procedures. Build relationships with key stakeholders, coordinate marketing plans to increase business, and project a positive community image for the organization.
