Job Summary
Coordinate and manage adult recreational leagues and programs, including scheduling, budgeting, marketing, supervising volunteers and staff, enforcing safety standards, and delivering high-quality experiences for participants and families. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, maintaining leagues and tournaments; training and leading volunteers and officials; ensuring compliance with rules; and leveraging Microsoft Office and community resources to support programming in Round Rock, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Sports Management, or a related field preferred
- 1 year of experience organizing leagues
- Experience working with the public and exceptional customer service
- American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification or ability to attain within 90 days
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related software
- Maintain current certification/license, or ability to attain certification/license within 90 days of hire
