Job Summary
Monitor spectators, participants, and facility conditions to ensure orderly conduct while developing and promoting recreation programs. Supervise and coordinate contract, volunteer, and part-time staff, distributing work and providing training. Maintain time and material records, perform inventory of equipment, and execute assigned custodial tasks. Answer public inquiries regarding departmental services and safely transport adults and children to recreational activities. Operate concession stands, collect fees and admission tickets, and drive to various facilities. Work part-time up to 29 hours weekly or seasonally from April 15 to October 15. A valid driver's license is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age at the time of application submission
- Possession of a valid Driver License (Operator)
- Eligible for rehire (if former employee)
- Pass a criminal history background check
- Pass a drug test
- Complete Level 4 Security Awareness Training
- Pass an online certification test for security awareness
