Recreation Leader II

Coordinate facility rentals and special events, including processing reservations, preparing spaces, and ensuring compliance with City policies. Manage meticulous scheduling and financial records by collecting fees, processing payments, and maintaining accurate participant information. Assist in developing senior and fitness programs, interviewing instructors, and supervising daily operations of after-school care and summer camp initiatives. Provide leadership to part-time staff and volunteers while representing the City of Madeira Beach professionally. Weekend availability is a must, with flexible hours including evenings and holidays as necessary.
