Job Summary
As an Activities Assistant at Hillcrest Health & Living in Papillion, NE, you’ll help create engaging, therapeutic recreational experiences that support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being. You’ll plan, develop, and lead group and individual recreation programs, provide one-on-one programming and sensory enrichment, assist residents with activities, coordinate with volunteers, and help with setup and cleanup of materials. You’ll also assist with transporting residents to activities and, as needed, contribute to initial assessments, care plans, and related documentation. The role calls for creativity, compassion, strong teamwork, and excellent communication to support a resident-centered environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- One year of experience in recreational programming with older adults or a similar setting
