Job Summary
Greeting visitors, operating a cash register and facility software, processing admissions and deposits, setting up rooms/equipment for events, monitoring patron activities, enforcing facility rules, providing first aid supplies and calling 911 when needed, and interacting with the public in a courteous manner while supporting aquatic and facility operations. Duties include opening the facility on assigned days, handling financial transactions, logging attendance and activity records, supervising custodial tasks, testing and logging water balance for pool and hot tub, and completing required reports; requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and ability to perform essential duties with flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a High School education/GED or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
