Recreation Experience Expert

Recreation Experience Expert responsible for guiding guests through available recreation facilities (pools, beach, entertainment zone/game-room, fitness center, and child activities center), promoting a fun atmosphere, and encouraging guest participation in activities. Duties include recruiting/registering participants, processing payments for rentals and activities, hosting private functions, ensuring guest safety and compliance with facility rules, responding to emergencies per local procedures, providing cashier support where needed, and assisting with maintenance of facilities and equipment. Requires strong guest services, clear communication, ability to read and verify information, and the ability to stand/walk for extended periods. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, with education minimum of a high school diploma or GED. No supervisory responsibilities.
