Job Summary
Facilitate recreation activities across pools, beach, game rooms, and fitness centers while providing guest information and scheduling participation. Promote facility rules for safety, respond to emergencies, and assist injured guests until medical services arrive. Process payments for rentals and retail sales, maintain facilities and equipment, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to management. Welcome guests, address service needs, and comply with quality assurance standards.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Recreation Equipment
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience
- No supervisory experience
