Recreation Experience Expert

Conduct recreation activities on the property by providing information about pools, beach, entertainment zones, fitness centers, and child activity centers. Encourage, register, and schedule guests while promoting facility rules and maintaining a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Process payments for equipment rentals, activities, and retail sales, and assist with private functions and group events. Clean and maintain all facilities, equipment, and supplies, and visually inspect tools for defects. Respond to emergencies by observing activities, assisting injured guests until medical services arrive, and reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Provide cashier services at point-of-sale transactions and welcome guests according to company standards.
