Job Summary
Coordinate recreational activities and events for adult individuals with special needs while maintaining a flexible schedule of 25 hours per week, including five days of coverage. Perform tasks associated with these programs, requiring self-starter energy and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills while utilizing technology proficiency to organize activities. Drive to various locations in varying traffic conditions, holding a current Texas driver's license. Candidates must be at least 20 years old with a high school diploma or GED, and must successfully complete driving and background checks.
