Job Summary
Plan and implement recreation programs for residents, coordinating with managers and outside parties; develop quarterly area-wide activities, monthly recreation nights, and community partnerships (e.g., Special Olympics); maintain calendars and budgets, transport participants, assist with medications as needed, and document all activities per Chrysalis and state requirements; ensure a safe, engaging environment aligned with Chrysalis Values (Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, Accountability) and provide supervision within guidelines.
