Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, and implement adult recreation programs, events, and community activities from concept through completion. Lead the setup, on-site operations, teardown, and follow-up for assigned programs while monitoring facilities to ensure safety, accessibility, and compliance. Provide on-site event support, assist with facility inspections, and drive District vehicles to transport supplies and equipment. Recruit, schedule, and coordinate instructors, contractors, and vendors; manage registration processes using software and track supply inventory within authorized limits. Build relationships with participants, partners, and community members to gather feedback and recommend program improvements. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or two years of experience in adult programs and events or customer service
  • Possession of or ability to obtain current First Aid and CPR/AED certificates
  • Oregon Food Handlers Card
  • OLCC Servers Permit
  • Valid Oregon Drivers License
  • Safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to obtain current First Aid and CPR/AED certificates
