Job Summary
Assist with on-site activities at Portofino resort for families and children, including kids' club activities, tie-dye, crafts, and games. Supervise children, help set up and break down crafts/activities, manage up to 5 children at a time, enforce rules for employees and guests, and support various activities/events under supervision. Maintain safety and inventory of crafts/equipment, perform occasional first aid, and assist with beach/poolside service and concierge tasks. Requires a Bachelor's degree and CPR/First Aid/AED certification; role is seasonal with hours varying (6 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–9 PM). Supervisory responsibility as 2nd in command to Recreation Supervisor/Kids Club Director. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs and outdoor/indoor activity presence. Work environment is outdoor-dominant (80%) with some indoor work.
