Job Summary
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally while organizing and overseeing recreational activities such as games, sports, and arts and crafts for all ages. Coordinate and facilitate programs, guiding guests through various experiences and ensuring their safety and enjoyment. Inform guests about available facilities, amenities, and schedules to help them make informed decisions about leisure activities. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of recreation areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance. Set up and break down activities according to established protocols and schedules, assisting with opening and closing side work tasks as assigned. Deliver top-notch customer service to exceed guest expectations in this fast-paced environment requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Able to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and procedures
