Job Summary
Coordinating and hosting recreation activities for guests (outdoor sports, arts and crafts, line dancing, themed/holiday events) while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming recreation centers environment. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling reservations and payments, maintaining and repairing cabana/patio equipment, ensuring safety compliance, providing cabana service and distributing pool towels, and working holidays/weekends as needed. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50lbs, strong customer-service and interpersonal skills, knowledge of local attractions, and basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Hotel recreation, camp or other related hospitality experience of at least 1 year
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 50lbs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and entertainment
- Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people
- Strong customer-service orientation and multitasking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
